Guitar Tools Pitch Detection Update

Version 0.0.4 of the Guitar Tools app has been released, containing a brand new Pitch Detection Method and a few minor bug fixes.
This latest version implements the McLeod Pitch Method algorithm, which shoould provide faster and more accurate pitch detection than the Yin-based pitch detection used previously.
Bug fixes:
- Updated Privacy Policy URL
- Changed tuning needle to default to the center
- improved appearance of Frequency View
